Trending Destinations October 2019

Summer may be over, but that doesn’t mean you can’t keep traveling and discovering new places.

We’ve recently had a surge in the number of plans created for destinations named below. All include historic and modern attractions. So they appeal to everyone from history buff to solo backpacker and families with kids.

Gokarna, India

Many people take a trip to Gokarna for the beaches. Others know there’s more to do there than swim and suntan.

Old temples display distinctive architecture, while rustic homes create a picturesque setting in the main town.

Go to Om Beach for the sun and sand. Then, head to Mahabaleswara Temple for some culture and history.

Hyderabad, India

A tour of Hyderabad reveals a place filled with old Indo-Islamic buildings and forts, as well as modern museums.

Visitors explore narrow alleyways and quaint teahouses. Some prefer shopping centers and high-end restaurants.

Sightseeing in Hyderabad isn’t complete without a visit to one of its vibrant markets. Options include Laad Bazaar and Inorbit Mall.

History buffs may choose Golcona Fort, as well as Salar Jung Museum.

Costa del Sol, Spain

Vacations in Costa del Sol literally take visitors to the “Coast of the Sun.”

The sunny coast is a place of numerous beach resorts, many considered Europe’s best holiday destinations.

Playa de la Alberquilla as well as Playa del Molino de Papel both offer fun on the beach.

If you prefer a little culture, go to Castillo de Gibralfaro or Baños Arabes.

Taking a trip to Japan offers a glimpse into a fascinating tourist destination.

Japan’s blend of modernity and tradition creates a look and feel completely different from any other place in the world.

Expect ancient temples and innovative skyscrapers. As well as quiet country landscapes of castles, gardens, cherry orchards, and primeval forests.

Begin your trip by visiting places like Nijo Castle and Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.

Pompeii, Italy

Pompeii Archaeological Park, as well as the nearby Herculaneum, reveal what life was like when the ancient Roman civilization flourished there.

Among the thousands of objects perfectly preserved, you’ll see ceramic pots, jewelry, furniture, as well as remarkable frescoes.

Barcelona, Spain

When you tour Barcelona, you’ll discover a very modern yet incredibly old city.

Few places offer so many eclectic attractions. Including restaurants, bars, and clubs. As well as many museums and historical sites.

Symbols of the city, Basilica of the Sagrada Familia and Casa Batllo are also masterpieces by architect Antoni Gaudi.
